Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes.



There are four main aspects of personal health:

Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual strength is that force that drives us to make sacrifices for others, our nation, and the greater good.The basis of spirituality is discovering a sense of meaningfulness in your life and coming to know that you have a purpose to fulfill. Just as we exercise to condition our bodies, a healthy spirit is nurtured by purposeful practice. The spirit is the aspect of ourselves that can carry us through anything.

Emotional Wellness

Emotional wellness refers to building an awareness of and accepting one's feelings and moods.Emotional well-being is at one end of the spectrum of emotional experience while emotional ill-being is at the other end. So there is no specific cut off point where suddenly we become emotionally well.

physical wellness

Physical wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. Physical wellness consists of recognizing the need for physical activity, healthy foods, and sleep, as well as preventing illness and injury or managing chronic health conditions.

Social Wellnes

Social wellness is the ability to form and maintain relationships with others. Furthermore, it's the ability to interact and promote healthy communication within those relationships. social wellness is so important is that people with strong social connections respond better to stress, have fewer health issues, maintain a more positive outlook, and healthier lifestyle.
