What are the Influential Factors
that Influence our Wellbeing?
There are many different factors
that can affect your health.
These include things like
· Happy
intimate relationship with a partner: Emotional intimacy is just as important
as physical intimacy, and relationship stagnation can often be caused by a
partner's inability or unwillingness to share their emotions. Sometimes,
relationship boredom can be caused by not having enough activities to share
with your partner.
· Enough
money: If you notice that you are spending a little more this year than last –
and you haven't gone into debt or invaded your savings or investments to do so,
it's a good sign that you are earning enough money.
· Regular
exercise: Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can
do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help
manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and
improve your ability to do everyday activities.
· Nutritional
diet: nutrition is the process of utilising food for growth, metabolism and
repair of tissues. The relationship between diet and nutrition and health is
2-way; health status can be affected by nutrient deficiency and vice versa.
· Enough
sleep: Adults need 7 or more hours of good-quality sleep on a regular schedule
each night. Getting enough sleep isn't only about total hours of sleep. It's
also important to get good-quality sleep on a regular schedule so you feel
rested when you wake up.
What is a state of well-being?
In simple terms, well-being can
be described as judging life positively and feeling good.
Take time to build quality
relationships with supportive people. Count your blessings and practice
gratitude. Take time to engage in random acts of kindness. Respond actively and
constructively, celebrating when others share good news with you. Being content
means truly being happy and appreciative of all the things that you already
have.
